The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with impressive mountains visible from the reception area. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, without being too pushy. the hotel was tastefully decorated, with well, maintained gardens and ample seating areas. the food and drinks were world, class, with a vast selection of options to choose from.

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning view of the lake and Blue Mountains. The high plateau location provided a breathtaking expanse that left us in awe. The staff here are truly exceptional, making us feel welcome and attended to throughout our stay. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our visit. The landscape and decor were beautifully and tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were also delighted with the world-class food and drinks served here, although a bit more ice would have been appreciated. this place is a hidden gem in the heart of Uganda and we highly recommend it to everyone.

What a fantastic way to ring in the new year! The stunning views were really the best part - absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect - secluded but still accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and luxurious. The food was phenomenal - we were really impressed by the quality and variety of dishes offered. Plus, the drinks were top-notch! The guided tour was a great bonus and we learned so much about the surrounding area. a fantastic experience that surpassed all expectations.

To be honest, we didn't really have any negative experiences during our stay. If we had to nitpick, we would say that the hot water in the shower took a little while to heat up and the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas, but these were minor inconveniences that didn't affect our overall enjoyment.

I must say, out of all the hotels I have visited, this one left the strongest impression on me. From the moment I approached the hotel, the stunning view of the natural surroundings took my breath away. The hotel facilities were pristine and well-maintained. The staff were attentive, friendly and made me feel welcome. Evidently, this hotel is committed to being environmentally friendly.

The availability of ice for drinks could be improved as some guests had issues obtaining enough of it.
